This Shipping Policy (‘Policy’) sets out the terms and conditions under which BrachistaLog (‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’) processes and delivers orders. By purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by this Policy.

At BrachistaLog, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, efficiently, and transparently. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, rates, and commitments to ensure a seamless shopping experience for you.
2. Order Processing
2.1 Processing Times
- Standard Processing: 1-2 business days
- Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding BrachistaLog’s company holidays.
- Weekend/Holiday Orders: Orders placed after 6:00 PM GMT+7 will begin processing the next business day
2.2 Order Confirmation
Upon successful order placement, you will receive:
- An order confirmation email will be sent within 15 minutes
- A shipping notification with tracking information will be sent once dispatched

3.1 Domestic Shipping
We proudly ship to all 77 provinces throughout Thailand, including:
- Bangkok Metropolitan Area
- Central, Northern, Northeastern, and Southern regions
- Island destinations (additional fees may apply)
3.2 International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to:
- American Countries: United States, Canada
- European Countries: Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom
- East Asian Countries: China, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong SAR
- ASEAN Countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Brunei, Philippines

5. Shipping Rates & Options
5.1 Domestic Rates (Thailand)
Free for standard shipping. For the Bangkok area, we offer on-the-day delivery for orders placed before 2 pm Bangkok time at 150 Baht.
5.2 International Rates
- For standard delivery, we charge a fixed rate of 2,000 Yen (JPY) for all international shipping.
- For express delivery, the cost will be calculated at checkout based on the destination, using the rate automatically calculated by our partnering carriers.
6. Estimated Delivery Times
6.1 Domestic Delivery
Typically, one to three business days, depending on the relative distance from our warehouse in Bangkok.
6.2 International Delivery
For standard shipping, delivery typically takes 10 to 21 business days, depending on the distance from our warehouse in Thailand.
For express shipping by our partner carriers, it takes approximately two to five days.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and exclude customs processing time.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
7.1 International Orders
- Recipients are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees
- The destination country’s customs office determines these charges
- While we have a plan to implement calculating the import duty in advance and allowing customers to pay in advance, as of this date, BrachistaLog cannot predict or pay these charges on your behalf.
7.2 Documentation
We provide all necessary customs documentation, including:
- Commercial invoice
- Customs declaration forms
- Product descriptions and values
8. Order Tracking
8.1 Tracking Information
- Tracking number provided via email within 24 hours of shipment
- Real-time tracking available through carrier websites
8.2 Tracking Support

9. Delivery Procedures
9.1 Delivery Attempts
- Carriers typically make 2-3 delivery attempts.
- Failed deliveries may be held at the local post office/depot
- Undelivered packages are returned after 7-14 days (varies by carrier)
9.2 Signature Requirements
Most shipping carriers require a signature upon receipt of goods, especially for international shipments.
10. Shipping Issues & Resolution
10.1 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged:
- Report within 7 days of expected delivery date
- Provide photos of damage (if applicable)
- We’ll file a claim with the carrier
- Resolution options: replacement or full refund
10.2 Incorrect Address
- Customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information
- Address changes accepted within two hours of order placement
- Packages returned due to incorrect addresses incur reshipping fees
11. Restricted Items & Special Handling
11.1 Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may have shipping restrictions, and we may need to limit the delivery options available. In such cases, the proper options will be shown to you upon checkout.
11.2 Special Packaging
Fragile or high-value items include:
- Enhanced protective packaging
- “Fragile” labelling
12. Peak Season & Holiday Shipping
Extended delivery times may occur during the holiday seasons and sales promotions. In such cases, the delivery time may not be governed by this Policy.
