Return and refund policy

This Return and Refund Policy (‘Policy’) sets out the terms and conditions under which BrachistaLog (‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’) accepts returns, issues refunds, and processes exchanges. By purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by this Policy.


1. Return period

Customers may return items within thirty (30) days of receipt. We will not accept return requests after this period has passed.

2. Condition of returned goods

A product will be eligible for return only if it meets all of the following conditions:

  • In the same condition in which it was received (unworn or unused),
  • Bearing all original tags and labels,
  • In the original packaging, and
  • Accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these requirements.

3. Initiating a return

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] and obtain a written return authorisation. We will provide:

  1. Confirmation of your request’s approval or rejection.
  2. The correct return shipping address, and
  3. A return shipping label and detailed instructions, where applicable.

Please do not ship any item to us without prior authorisation. We will not accept unauthorised returns and may return them to the sender at their expense.

4. Return addresses

For approved returns, please ship items to the address provided in your authorisation email. Based on our inventory and logistics, we may direct you to return your item to one of our following facilities:

5. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] immediately. We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, repair, or refund.

6. Non-returnable items and exclusions

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalised products (e.g., special orders, engraved or bespoke items)
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before starting the return process.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different product, you must:

  1. Return the original item through our authorised return process, and
  2. Place a new order for your desired item after your return has been accepted.

8. European Union cooling-off period

For orders shipped to European Union member states, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within fourteen (14) days of delivery for any reason without justification. The returned item must still meet the condition requirements outlined in Section 2, and proof of purchase is required.

9. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval or rejection. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within ten (10) business days. Please be aware that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process the actual refund to your payment method.
