返品・返金について Return of goods sold	返品期間：商品到着後30日以内返品条件：未開封・未使用で、タグや付属品が揃った状態。ご購入時の控えのご提出をお願いすることがあります。返品手続き：まず [email protected] までご連絡ください。その後、返品申請承認後、当社負担の着払い伝票をメールでお送りしますので、指定住所への返送をお願いいたします。尚、事前連絡なく返送された場合はお受け取りできませんので予めご了承ください。返金：返品商品到着・検品完了後、ご購入時の決済方法へ10営業日以内に返金処理をいたします。尚、お客様のクレジットカードへの実際の着金はカード発行会社により異なります。交換：同一商品の交換は在庫状況により対応いたします。交換をご希望の場合は、一度返品手続きのうえ、改めてご注文をお願いしております。返品不可商品：弊社で販売する商品は原則上記返金規定に準じておりますが、特定の商品は返品・交換をお受けできませんのでご了承ください。また、返品不可商品については製品説明欄に詳細を記載いたしますので、ご購入前のご確認をお願い申し上げます。食品、植物、花卉類などの生鮮品名入れ等の特注品・オーダーメイド商品化粧品・衛生用品など開封後に衛生上の問題がある商品危険物、可燃性液体・ガス類セール品及びギフトカード詳細に関しましては、弊社の返金規定をご確認ください。 --- Return period: Within 30 days of product arrival.
